Vladimir Dmitrievich Nechaev (20 December 1972) - Doctor of Political Sciences.

Vladimir Nechaev was born in Suja in the Kursk region of Russia. He graduated with honours from Kursk State Pedagogical University on 23.06.1995. In 2008 he defended his dissertation at Lomonosov Moscow State University for a Ph.D. in Political Science.

2009-2015 - Rector of Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities

2015-2017 - First Academic Vice-Rector of Moscow State Pedagogical University.

From 28 March 2017 – 25 December 2018 Acting Rector of Sevastopol State University.

From 26 December 2018 – present day Rector of Sevastopol State University.

Chairman of the Sevastopol Regional Branch of the all-Russian Social-State Outreach Organization ‘Znaniye Russian Society’ (KNOWLEDGE).
